I’ve been doing my fair share of reading about the cause and the people behind the organization and I must say I’m not entirely happy about some of the things I’ve researched and yes I see the Pros and Cons and I’m now aware of why some people may oppose ‘“Invisible Children” Im left with many questions - but that doesn’t take away from the cause at hand. #StopKony

I don’t understand where people get off finding any way to be ignorant about such a cause. I understand that it may be everywhere, but that’s the point. If you don’t like it save your ignorant thoughts to yourself because #Kony2012 deserves every ounce of awareness it’s getting. If there were a ‘bandwagon’ to hop on, it’d be this one. Throughout my highschool life I was given many opportunities and chances to work with many different charities that fought many different causes. Yes I’m aware that there are more issues than Kony and there will always be, hence why we should all work together to tackle each of these issues. For those who say “Why are people tweeting about #kony2012 as if they ever cared about the world” or “None of you even knew about #kony2012 before the hype”  you cease to understand that every issue, every fight starts off small and they work it’s way to be known. Yes a lot of us didn’t know about #Kony2012 before the hype and that was the problem, the point is we know now and we’re doing everything we can to spread awareness, and awareness is exactly what this cause needs. Many people still don’t know about #kony2012. I’ve read people tweet ” tweeting #Kony2012 wont help so stop the hype” you’re wrong. It does help, every little bit - every little gesture helps. I recently ordered my own Action Kit, and yes I will participate on April 20th. It may not be much but I’m proud to say that I tried. I’ll tweet it as much as I want, and ‘hype it up’ as much as i can, because #Kony2012 deserves to be recognized. Also, it wouldn’t kill you to watch the video, Maybe then you’ll understand why so many people are moved by this cause.

I’m just going to rant, i’m not even going to bother to check if this rant makes sense or if there are any errors, i Just want to get this out. : ) 

I actually can’t believe that past weekend happened, it was all so unreal. I’ve been on a One Direction/Big Time Rush binge for the past week and I’m not complaining.
Big Time Rush has got to be one of the sweetest bands, they are so sweet to their fans and are so humble. Their voices as individuals are great but as a group they are incredible, their harmony was on point the whole night, their ability to perform as well was through the roof. I came out of the concert a Big Time Rush Fan, im in such awe of how sweet they are to their fans and that goes a long way. Sadly BTR does not get the recognition they deserve, but believe me when I say that they are worth the money, they put on a great show. It upset me that a bunch of fans left after One Direction performed, I would have killed for the seats they had. Anyway, I will definitely catch Big Time Rush when they return to Canada with Cody Simpson, no doubt in that. 
ONE DIRECTION May I just say that I am so proud of these boys for how far they’ve come. I must admit I was not the biggest fan when I had first heard of them last year because they seemed like an average boy band, and their vocal skills at the time didn’t impress me (Except for Liam and Harry) and i was aware of their Xfactor auditions and I wasnt that impressed. Since then I had watched more vlogs, interviews and listened to more tracks and got to see the growth in them as singers, performers, dancers (Zayn ;D) and as a group. At the concert I was literally off my seat, singing along as loud as I could and I have never been so proud of these boys, I’ve never been so proud to be a directioner. I feel as though the boys also get misjudged by a LOT of people. Yes they are attractive and yes a lot of girls go crazy about them, but believe me when I say that those girls who spazz about how cute Zayn is (that’s a popular one) probably aren’t even Directioners. Yes he’s cute, THEY’RE ALL CUTE but that’s not why we love them so much, they are talented. So don’t ruin the band for us just because a bunch of cyatties spazz about idiotic things and can’t even pronounce Louis’ name right. 
The Concert was such a spectacular experience, I really want them to return to Toronto because we adore them so much, and I know the boys are well aware of that, seeing some of them were getting quite emotional on stage. Toronto was an amazing crowd singing along to ALL their songs, even the boys were shocked about how many songs we knew, their faces showed how proud they were. I couldn’t believe they were right before my eyes, I could not contain my excitement and happiness. Harry’s Voice is forever flawless, Nial was amazing his voice always gets to me especially in ‘more than this’ - Louis’ voice always surprises me, Zayn hitting those highnotes like freaking always and Liams Voice will always give me chills and Give me chills, always. All together these boys are perfection. All there voices have improved and in such an amazing way, there are no doubts that these boys deserve all the success they are getting. When Big Time Rush came on the stage there was just instant energy and they were working the crowd. I love how BTR perform, and entertain their audience and include their audience. I love when artist pull up fans to the stage and I love when they go into the crowd themselves. The boys of BTR are so down to earth, it’s amazing.   I headed down to Much music as well, waited in the cold but it was well worth it. I miss knowing One Direction/Big Time rush was just downtown and that there was a chance of me seeing them. I’m just so proud of them and i’m so happy to have had the chance to see them In concert here in Toronto and I hope they make their way back soon. xxxxxxxx
